BAUHAUS Karriere — Building an Award-Recognized Employer Brand Channel
For BAUHAUS Karriere, I helped build the TikTok channel from launch into a fast-growing employer branding platform — reaching 20K organic followers in three months through platform-native series logic, consistent hook frameworks and a clear social-first content approach.
As Creative Lead, Creative Producer and Videographer, I shaped the formats, led creative execution, produced video assets and ensured brand consistency across all productions. I also coordinated videographers and freelancers, keeping quality and output consistent within a fast-moving social campaign setup.
The channel was nominated for the HR Excellence Award 2024 in the Best Social Media category and became a strong example of how employer branding can feel native, entertaining and relevant on TikTok.
